Our beginner course is designed specifically for those who haven’t had much opportunity to cook before and for novices to develop kitchen confidence and practical basic cookery skills.


On this course you will learn the fundamentals of basic cooking techniques that can be adapted to any dish or ingredients that you want to cook in the future.


Cooking hands on with produce right away with step by step demonstrations for your experienced teacher, your be cooking with ease by the end of the course.

  • Filleting fish and learning how to poach/ steam fish
